This may include name, email, phone, birthday, referral relationships, communication preferences, rewards, loyalty/account activity, acquisition source, and purchase information connected to Square point-of-sale records.

Payment card details are processed by Square or other payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers on this website.

• Provide customer account, referral, reward, loyalty, and promotion features.
• Match website/account records to Square customer and purchase records.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Send transactional/account messages you request, such as secure login links.
• Send marketing texts/emails only when consent is provided or otherwise legally permitted.

4. SMS and Email Consent

Marketing SMS and email consent is optional and is not required to participate in referrals or create an account. Transactional or operational messages, such as login links or service-related notices, are separate from optional marketing messages where technically and legally appropriate.

Arizona residents: Arizona does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute like California's, but we will consider any reasonable request to access, correct, or delete your information on the same basis.

We will verify your identity by matching details on your customer profile (such as the phone number or email on file) and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time. You may use an authorized agent. Some records may be kept where required for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a local business website and customer system. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and customer programs are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as our website, vendors, or practices change. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
