Best Life Nutrition is a nutrition club serving protein smoothies, loaded energy drinks, protein coffee, bowls, waffles, specialty drinks, and related products at our Scottsdale location. Our website provides information about our menu categories, services, location, referrals, rewards, customer account access, and official ordering links.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Use the website to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Best Life Nutrition, a Best Life Nutrition employee, another user, or any other person or entity

4. Products and Nutritional Information
Our beverages are made from a variety of ingredients. Current products, pricing, availability, and verified nutrition details are maintained through our official ordering system and in-store team. Any nutrition values shown on the website should be treated as informational and may vary based on preparation and customization.
Allergen Disclaimer: Our products are prepared in a shared facility where allergens including soy, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs may be present. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please inform our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.
Health Disclaimer: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
Independent business: Best Life Nutrition is independently owned and operated by independent Herbalife distributors and is not owned or operated by Herbalife.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website and in-store menu are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through Square. Sales tax will be applied as required by Arizona state and local law.
6. Gift Cards
Best Life Nutrition gift cards are issued and managed through Square. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Gift cards do not expire. Best Life Nutrition is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.
7. Large Orders and Events
Large-order and event requests are handled case by case. Please contact us to discuss availability, pricing, and any deposit or cancellation terms; these will be confirmed with you in writing before your event.
8. Referral and Loyalty Programs
Participation in any Best Life Nutrition referral, loyalty, or rewards programs is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any program at any time without notice. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
9. Intellectual Property
The Best Life Nutrition name, logo, website design, graphics, text, images, and all other content on our website are the property of Best Life Nutrition or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
10. User Submissions
By submitting any content to us (including reviews, testimonials, photos, and transformation stories), you grant Best Life Nutrition a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
