Best Life Referral Credits & Referral Terms

Earning Referral Credits

• Eligible customers may earn Best Life Referral Credits through referral offers or other Best Life programs.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, technical errors, duplicate issuance, refunded/reversed transactions, or otherwise ineligible activity do not qualify.
• An eligible new customer’s $5 Best Life Referral Credit is issued once, after a valid referral signup. Existing Best Life customers are not eligible for the new-customer credit.
• A referrer’s $5 Best Life Referral Credit is earned once, after the referred customer’s first valid completed purchase. There is no minimum purchase amount, and the purchase may still qualify if the referred customer’s Referral Credit reduces the amount paid to $0. Voided, refunded or reversed purchases do not qualify.

Using Referral Credits

• Best Life Referral Credits can only be used in store.
• Best Life Referral Credits may be combined with each other, in whole $5 amounts.
• Best Life Referral Credits may not be combined in the same transaction with coupons, promotional discounts, Square Loyalty rewards, points redemptions, other rewards, or other offers.
• Referral Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or change.
• Credit value cannot exceed the eligible purchase subtotal.
• Each individual $5 Best Life Referral Credit is used as a complete $5 credit unless Best Life later changes the program.
• Only rewards marked AVAILABLE may be redeemed. Redeemed rewards cannot be reused.
• Rewards are associated with the account to which they were issued.

Program Abuse, Adjustments and Suspension

Best Life Nutrition reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to review, withhold, adjust, revoke, cancel, or refuse Referral Credits when Best Life reasonably determines that credits were issued or obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate or self-referrals, misuse of the program, technical or processing errors, refunded or reversed transactions, violation of these Terms, or other activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Referral Credit program.

Best Life may also suspend or terminate a customer’s participation in the Referral Credit or referral program when Best Life reasonably determines that the program is being abused or misused.

Referral Credits have no cash value, are not transferable except where expressly permitted by Best Life, and do not create a right to cash payment or cash reimbursement.

Best Life may correct Referral Credit balances when necessary to address errors, duplicate credits, refunds, reversals, improper redemptions, or program abuse. Any such adjustment should be reflected in the customer’s Referral Credit history where technically practicable.

Best Life may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Credit or referral program prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Changes, reversals, and questions

• Best Life may void or revoke rewards resulting from fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, technical errors, duplicate issuance, refunded or reversed transactions, or otherwise ineligible activity, subject to applicable law.
• Best Life may modify referral-program eligibility, reward amounts, qualification requirements and other program rules prospectively at any time, subject to applicable law.
• Best Life may change or end the rewards/referral program subject to applicable law.
• Square Loyalty is a separate Square-administered program. Best Life Referral Credits are local Best Life wallet records and are not Square Loyalty points.
